INFORMATION: 

We are looking for 18 Lane Captains to enlist 3 other bowlers to bowl alongside you during our Team Fundraiser Bowl Session.

​We are asking each bowler, on your team, to gather personal sponsors to help raise funds for our chapter of Child Evangelism Fellowship. Your personal sponsors will commit to sponsoring you at a certain dollar amount for the score you bowl (see example below) or can give a flat donation amount of their choosing.

The team with the highest amount of money raised will win the grand prize. Each bowler on the team will receive their own prize for their efforts in raising funds to reach the children of North Central Indiana with the Gospel of Christ! We do have adult grand prizes and teen grand prizes.

We believe all bowlers can bowl at least a 100-point game.

Your sponsors can sponsor at the following amounts:

$0.25 per point = $25.00 raised
$0.50 per point = $50.00 raised
$0.75 per point = $75.00 raised
​$1.00 per point = $100.00 raised

THE FOLLOWING IS THE 2025 GRAND PRIZE
We are working to secure this year's Grand Prize and will announce this at our Team Bowling Information Meeting

GRAND PRIZE FOR ADULTS: 
If you are an adult and you sign up to be a lane captain, you will receive a one-night stay for two, dinner for two, and theater passes for two for the Blue Gate Inn in Shipshewana!

​Each bowler on the team will receive a one-night stay for two for the Blue Gate Inn in Shipshewana.
GRAND PRIZE FOR TEENS: 
If you are a teen and you sign up to become a lane captain, you and your team will win 8 passes to Fort Knox Paint Ball facility to go and have a day of fun!

    This form is for the Lane Captain to fill out. Items marked with an asterisk (*) are required fields.
    Please enter the names of the other bowlers on your team.
    If you would like for us to contact your bowlers to explain to them their responsibilities in gathering sponsors for this event, please enter their contact information as well.
    If you do not wish to enter their contact information, please explain to your bowlers their personal responsibilities in gathering sponsors for this event.

FAMILY & FRIENDS BOWLING INFORMATION

THE FIRST 25 BOWLERS TO REGISTER WILL RECEIVE A FREE TOTE BAG
COST: $25 per bowler

INFORMATION: We are also having a Family & Friends Bowling Session. During this session, gather 4-6 people to bowl with you and register to bowl by clicking the link above!

We will have multiple door prize drawings you could win individually and raffle drawings for you to participate in during this session.
