Beltane says,
“When I die, I want to be remembered as a servant of God, who through the years, carried the Lord’s heart to people, and especially in this season of my life, to the children.”
Personal Testimony and Biography:
Beltane Harrigan was born on the tiny island of Anguilla in the Caribbean. In 1966, at the age of 11, he accepted Jesus as his personal Savior at a youth camp. In 1972, at the age of 17, again at another camp God called him into the Gospel ministry and he surrendered. That year he attended Bluewater Bible College in the U.S. Virgin Islands. In 1975, he transferred to Tennessee Temple University in Chattanooga, Tennessee where he received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Bible. Upon completion of his education, he returned to St. Croix USVI. Then in 1982 he started The Way of the Cross Baptist Church and pastored it for 37 years.
Beltane married Mrs. Debbie Barnett Harrigan, and they recently celebrated 47 years of marriage. God has blessed them with two adult sons, Kenny and Jamie Harrigan. Pastor Harrigan has been the principal of a Christian school with a student body of over 400 students. For over 28 years, Pastor Harrigan has written a religious column which appears every Saturday in a local newspaper in St. Croix. In addition, God has allowed him to conduct revival meetings in the USA, South America, and the Caribbean for more than 30 years!
In August 2018, the Lord led Pastor Harrigan to resign his pastorate and relocate to Dalton, Georgia. In October of that year, he became the assistant regional director for the North America/Caribbean Region of Child Evangelism Fellowship®, Inc, serving over 366 million people! In December 2019 he was asked to become and promoted to the Regional Director for the North American/Caribbean Region.
